North Uhle

No surface was spared during the renovation of this Arlington, Virginia condo. Carpet from the building’s 1970s heyday was replaced with hardwood, a decorative brick wall was lightened with a calming coat of blue-gray paint, a tailored iron railing modernized the stairwell, and custom millwork was designed to house our client’s book collection. We wanted to give this bachelor with a hectic travel schedule a home base he would look forward to returning to and enjoy entertaining within. A rich color palette of chocolate brown, peacock, and light blue create a handsome and welcoming interior.

Client Testimonial

Working with Lindsay was a wonderful experience. She is very professional and organized--including with budgeting & management of contractors, but also has a great eye for design.

She helped me completely redecorate my 2-bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom, 2-level condo/townhouse, which updated it and made it a great place to come home to every day, and which also wowed potential buyers when we ended up moving a few years later. (In fact, the first buyers who looked at it, bought it, at way over the asking price!)

I know Lindsay is quite in demand these days, but if you're able to get her to squeeze you in, I highly recommend you work with her.
